Brother Loy, thanks for your well-prepared presentation. May I ask a question? At Esther 6:13, we see that Haman’s wife Zeresh knew that anyone who tried to kill Jews would be killed. But at Esther 5:14, Zeresh had suggested that Haman kill Mordecai (the leader of the Jews). When Zeresh made that suggestion to Haman, do you think was she intentionally deceiving Haman into getting himself killed?

Brother Loy, at 6:6-9, Haman stupidly allows the king to see that Haman is ambitious to become the king himself (which could only happen if the king and all his heirs were to be assassinated). So how did a man as stupid as Haman come to be "promoted . . . and exalted . . . above all the other princes"? (3:1) I think Zeresh was the mastermind. I think Haman was promoted due to his quickly prosecuting the matter of Bigthan and Teresh, who had clumsily allowed themselves to be discovered by Mordeci. But the stupid Haman could successfully prosecute Bigthan and Teresh because these two had been originally hired to kill the king by Zeresh. Later, then Zeresh realized that the stupid Haman, like Bigthan and Teresh, was no longer of any use to her, she arranged for Haman to be executed by the king (the same way that she had gotten rid of the clumsy Bigthan and Teresh). How does that sound?
