1. treating everything with respect - even inanimate objects - is what is needed in the world. Great point. 2. Don't run away from Rnanubandhanas because they will catch up with you at some point. Might as well finish it in this lifetime. I get the general gist of this and yet I can't fully digest this. For instance if you are in an abusive relationship do you just stay thinking you need to clear all karmic debts with the person who is abusing you? But yes otherwise a great point to motivate us not to run away from difficult situations.

Regarding your second noting/quandary: it seems he meant that he could see this students Runas…the one he sent off for forest sadhana didn’t have the same kind of runas that Robbie did. Vimilanandas ability to perceive those things in his students/children is what allowed him to say “you can wander” or “you cannot”. And no it doesn’t mean staying in a terrible situation because you have a theory it’s your Runa to do it…unless you can see all your past life debts…but if your like the rest of us ordinary people-use the logical faculties you do have(if indeed you are equipped)and GTFO of that situation 🦅 🏃🏼♀️

@@NoxBhairava of course that's what I'd do ..gtfo 😅 I was asking theoretically what certain statements meant. I'm from India and have grown up with the theory of karma but have learnt to question it because of the way many people just put up with stuff thinking it's their fate.

A great question. What you mentioned as being difficult to digest fully…it seems to actually even be able to consciously run away from one’s rnanubandhanas…one would have to have the ability to perceive them-the way a siddha would. And thank God most of us can’t. 😂 you see what a mess we have made of ourselves and the world with all our “IPhone SIddhis”…we can’t even handle THIS power. Karma is extremely complex. This probably has something to do with why it is so misunderstood…in the west it gets very tangled up with the abrahamic concept of “sin”…combined with some kind of cosmic behavior loan shark. 🦈 👩⚖️

Is it possible you create more karma staying in a bad relationship as it creates anger resentment or the opposite ie not standing up to abuse? Might be better to get out ?

I think if one has the ability to break free of an abusive relationship her RB ends at that point. As simple as that. Nobody should take nonsense in the name of karma

Dr Fred's statement - vidya as a living being- while growing up, we would be admonished severely if we placed our feet on books. It was an insult to vidya( learning). We had to immediately seek forgiveness by placing our hands on the book and then place them on to our forehead..
