Very good tips and advice. I’m sure there are a lot of people out there in a similar situation that would find these useful. I don’t have an injury but there are definitely some in here that I could take on. All I have to do is lie the wrong way and I’m stiff or sore in the morning or I’m sitting all day with even worse posture than usual. Bending over is not a favourite of mine 😂
