Even when we were made to believe Lestat didnt care. The look on his face as he watched her die in season two. It wad so heartbreaking, I knew somewhere in him he cared. Lestat and Louis loved her, even if it wasnt always obvious, even if she wasnt always put first.Because they had been happy once. And then it was confirmed at the end and the line he says "she looked at me at the end...like a child looking to her father" makes me ball my eyes out every time.
