Happened to me last week. I had plans but God timed things perfectly. The train I wanted to catch was late so I missed the connecting bus. Then I had lunch with a friend and she told me about the end of year school Mass. I went. That delayed my shopping plans. The train I expected to take home was cancelled, the next scheduled one was leaving from another platform which meant I had to take my shopping trolley up stairs and across a bridge because the lift was not working. The train would have gotten me home in half an hour. There was a bus waiting so I took that. Took nearly an hour and cost more. The miracle was that I arrived near my grand daughter's day care at exactly the same time my daughter was picking her up. I am estranged from my daughter, even though we live close by, we had not seen each other for months. I walked towards the daycare and saw my daughter carrying her daughter to the car. Wow. I thanked God for putting me there at that time. I cried tears of joy. I highly recommend reading the Book of Heaven by Servant of God Luisa Piccarreta. It is the fulfillment of the Lord's prayer. Fiat Voluntas Tua.
