I had issues with insomnia, the more I thought about it the worse it seemed, the words i began meditating on were. "and my God will supply all my needs" so I started trusting him to supply whatever I needed in the area of sleep and began to leg go of the worry of it. God is bigger than anything we face even if it seems insignificant. Eventually after quite a number of months I started sleeping properly and the whole situation disappeared. Just a little encouragement! He is the God who sees

I used to do swing shifts it was hard for me to sleep during the day, so i got some black out shade curtains so my room would be dark in the day time just as if i was sleeping at night.

I was here trying to do things my own way, i even booked a flight even though God didn't give me the go ahead to do it, i was doing what I think I thought best but then God shows up just as I booked my flight, I had to go and cancel the flight and just said God I am so sorry for doubting You. I find that when I let go, He has more room to do what He wants. Sometimes we intergere with His work so i just humbly ask Him to keep me in His will, so that I won't be in His way.
