Problem with deciding who's in the Dryness Squad is figuring out who's Thirsty to begin with. Black Swan would be the only particular standout, but that's more because of her vibes than anything she does. Kafka's obviously hot and even has the Charm effect, but that's Puppeteering and not Seduction. Ruan Mei has no attachment to anyone. At most she's interested in TB as an experimental subject to whatever happens in Simulated Universe. Himeko is like an even more refined and friendlier version of Black Swan, less sexy and more gorgeous. Jade absolutely has Dom vibes, but that has more to do with her profession. Ironically enough I'd say the best character for the Dryness Squad might actually be Feixiao, but I wouldn't discount Lingsha either.
