Life is too short to be that way. Going through this with my boss. He is constantly upset, I think it's something in his personal life. Takes it out on the employees. I let it go and if it becomes too much I can always get another job. I have the power to turn around and walk away. I skills that are in demand. They always get theirs in the end anyway. Another way to let it go is if you are dealing with a narcissistic ex-wife. I realized that no matter how good I was or how respectful or just in general being a cooperative co-parent I was, it was never enough. I was always at fault for everything and she was a saint that literally profited off of the "agreement" we had. Once I stood up, requested a parenting plan from a higher institution, and won custody, only then I could finally let go. No more cancelled weekends or plans I had made and agreed with her weeks in advance, she can't say nothing and I can finally breathe. Chin up fellas.

Shaun are you able to do a video on leadership? Im a valet manager at a high end aprtment complex, i dont have employee's yet* but i feel anxious thinking that im going to have to organize and ensure the success of an operation. I know it boils down to confidence, being able to say no, be dominant, be serious, not joke around or feel a need to fill up an empty space with empty boxes to make it look full persay, any advice? Im 23 its my first ever leadership role Im gunna do my best inthe coming months to organize everything to a t and continue becoming a better man. It would be helpful, thanks bruhh.

Can't find the cure for my anger , felt like ticking time bomb felt like I am stuck in time and space and everything I do is for nothing.. Nothing helps is what frightens me , my problem is women I am not good enough even though I built a fucking 10/10 house.. I worked my ass off I got my ambition and there is no woman willing to compromise her ego to be with me. Training helps temporary once it's done you feel angry again , but you can't train over and over again your body gets messed up doing it 2h every day.
