My grandma passed away a couple days before yours did and was about the same age. She played the piano all her life at her church up until she passed. She taught me how to play as well. So sorry for your loss ❤️ it’s hard losing a grandparent. You did a beautiful job playing this song. Thank you for sharing with us!

Great Rendition! Sympathies on the passing of your Grandmother. My grandma passed away 17 years ago at age 99. I have her piano that she bought in 1932. She and I would get out an old song book and play her old favorites. I just subscribed and will go and listen to all your posts! My mother of 100 years passed at the end of Oct. this year also. She played piano and loved rags. She often played " Who put the Overalls in Misses Murphey's Chowder". Thanks for sharing. Loved your rendition of this oldie. Ironically I was playing a Frank Sinatra version of this piece about a half an hour ago. Your version is much more lively and bouncy, I liked it more than Frankies. I hope you have a very Merry Christmas.
