Fill a measuring jug with rubbing alcohol, also known as isopropyl alcohol, until it contains eight ounces of the liquid. Pour the contents of the jug into the bucket of water with the distilled water and bubble bath. Stir the mixture in the bucket well. Add the fluid to your snow maker to test out the fake snow.

Probably water.. sprinklers... it appears to be foam that is soap 🧼. Kinda like a car foam gun minus the 95% water washing a car takes.
