Well, here in Australia we're known to be pretty chill and laid back people... we don't usually think about it all that much. If you're cool with rearranging organs the first time, awesome. Wanna wait a little bit? All good, we get it. Then again, it is a very diverse and multicultural country, we're all used to meeting new people from all sorts of backgrounds and cultures, so I suppose we're just better adjusted to people whose cultures have differing views on when it's the right time.

Here’s a little tip on finding gore sounds online (since you brought up how tricky it was in the description) Typically, what most sound designers do is they use food sounds! Like, for example, grabbing tightly at a juicy raw chicken breast would give you sounds that can work for gore. This makes it easy to produce the sounds yourself, but also makes it kinda easy to find the sounds online without getting on any watchlists

Bomb in human only has quite logical explanation. Smugglers don't like rescuers, right? So why not to blow them to smithereens while they put halt to another profitable operation? And why human only? Blowing rescuers up anywhere near core systems will get immediate attention form cops, gives a chance for timely rescue and might get some bystanders in the blast. Not that the smugglers care about any flybyers but public uproar caused by such incident would bring much of unwanted attention. On the other hand, exploding some activists on a trip to some nameless backwater planet (called by locals Earth) wouldn't turn that many heads. Could be blamed on ship malfunction or specimen rampage and ambulance ships probably wouldn't get there in time to pick up any survivors.
