ik im not ashley, but i have some! 1. rosemary oil (make it from scratch tho) 2. use products for your hair type! ex: 4c, 3b, etc. (recommend shea moisture because the color of the bottle represents your curly hair type!) 3. DONT WEIGH DOWN THE HAIR. this can be very damaging just in general. it is best to use as limited products as possible. 4. NO HAIR CUTS!! (only bangs and stuff like that can be done when growing out hair) 5. HEAT PROTECTANT!! even if you dont diffuse, or blow dry, its best to put in heat protectant. WHENEVER IN ANY HEAT, USE HEAT PROTECTANT. it creates a good hair barrier too. hoped these helped!

Yes it does and isn't sanitary that's why ppl who handle food or medical health folks usually don't have any rings or bracelets on. I mean nurses and doctors usually don't even have a watch on.
