I know it very hard but thank you for sharing I understand you very well you should know about things being honest is a great thing to know emotionally you can’t keep things to yourself it will create more things in the mind then u end up overthinking being quite is beautiful that’s humbling yourself to others the outcome is good but there’s still side affects of being only ti yourself which is sometimes create ungood things in the mind. I know people do have that but in the long run it can be a sickness sometimes mentally and emotionally. The only thing that this doesn’t happen if u share a lot to anyone that will care when your talking communication is the key to understanding and the success to communication skills it helps you improve yourself in many ways things like self esteem self control self respect things like that it’s very important for communication skills so u can understand the other person. Being open up to someone is best then y don’t overload your mind with negativity thoughts but you fulfill your mind with positivity good thinking.
