The self contemplation that occurs after watching these interviews is so unbelievable... This channel is such an amazing institution, top tier in every category... It's such an honour and a blessing to see Bab' Don Mlangeni and listening to him sharing his story. To see him cry really broke my heart... I love his work. He has been outstanding in every character on screen, but I think " Hlala kwabafileyo" really showed us his incredible talent. So grateful for this interview.

Totally agree 💯 with Ntate Mlangeni Nawa, we're experiencing a moral decay and television is at the centre of it with pushing that rot...I was debating with a friend that "Adulting" on Netflix is nonsense and nothing to build a young mind. Yhoooo his last words😢😢….thats my take on these shows as well, the disrespect , disgrace and shame we consume in these shows as black people is beyond sad. I did an auto-ethnography research last year and uzalo was my reference. I had to interview some of the cast and directors and the results were unbelievable. Shows like uZalo aren’t the most watched but they are easily accessible. No one would watch uZalo if they have access to Netflix, Disney or Prime-video. Whats more sad is that SABC doesn’t easily accept proposals from unknown people they prefer the same people who creates garbage for viewers. Thank you for bringing utata wesizwe to your studios. We love and appreciate his contribution to this industry. By “we” I mean me and my family and those who agree with me🤭.
