As a divorced man who is now a senior citizen, I can offer up this advice to men. NEVER get married unless you want to eventually lose half of your stuff. Women are NEVER happy, and there is nothing that a man can do to make a woman happy. Sure, you can make her happy for a while, but it won't last because she always wants something else. She wants to change her hair color, her hair style, her wardrobe, her furniture, her drapes, her wall color, her car, her carpeting, her makeup, etc., so eventually she'll want to change her partner. Women always want what they don't have, and when they do get what they didn't have, they no longer want it, they want something else. Every man that I know who is middle aged or older, is divorced, and it was their wife that walked out so that she could be with another man. I've been divorced for more than 30 years now, and I like being single. I will never date another woman, and I sure as heck will never get involved with another woman, because at my age, all they want is your money, and I'd much rather spend my money on me. What you said Joker is completely true about what men and women look for in a partner. The gym I used to frequent had a radio station playing throughout the gym, and the radio station that they always had on, had a segment on Fridays where a person would call in looking for a date for the weekend. The radio station would have both men and women calling in, and they would connect the man and the woman together on the air, so that the listeners could listen to the conversation between the two. If the two liked each other, they would then go off the air and exchange phone numbers. The questions that the two asked each other while on the air said it all. The man would ask the woman what she looked like, her age, her weight, her hair color and style, etc. The woman would ask him what he did for a living, what type of car he drove, if he had a house, etc. The man was interested in her looks, whereas the woman was interested in how much money he had. Every call was the exact same, with the man asking her the same questions, and the woman asking him the same questions. Men are about looks, and women are about money, and that will never change.

Janewski I agree with you wholeheartedly, I am 61, my oldest son is 41, and I did my best to warn him. He did get married against my advice, and low and behold he ended up divorced after 5-6 years. in his early 30s he told me I must have gone to college. Haha! Anyway, he is very successful now, he's a Veterinarian and owns his own clinic. He paid child support until his son was at the age of choice. Then after he got custody of his son, his ex came back and literally begged him to get married again. He put up his hand and told her to find another road. Now, we, him and myself are educating my grandson, now 22 yrs old. My grandson is in Veterinary school, he is the garden variety Alpha male. He just finished his Bachelor's degree at a popular university. He is adamant about using protection, Papa told him when he was in high school to wear a rain coat. I agree that marriage is only used today by women to get a meal ticket instead of what it should be! I am a very healthy man and every woman I date eventually wants marriage. Women, are up in arms with the smart men now, and these feminists are pitching a fit that we won't engage or escalate any longer.

The reason that channels like this don't talk about bad men is because everyone already knows about bad men and they get called out endlessly. The problem, however, is that women that behave poorly are never called out except for on small channels like this that have to jump through hoops with their words because pointing out that there are bad women out there can get you into trouble, while saying there are bad men gets you praise. People talk endlessly about one, but will try to shut you up if you talk about the other.

On the side of having learned things earlier, my dad is the blue pill, emasculated, Christian who married a Christian woman that's 62 years old (when they got married) and she's been divorced 5 times before. She's argumentative and self righteous. BTW it's his second marriage, and the first woman took him for his broccoli in court. He didn't have s*** to say to me about women. He often told me "i don't have a game, there isn't any game to play with women." And "don't talk to women, just say hi and keep walking" (in other words don't gain experience with women). Etc etc etc. Those are the types of woman advice he would give me. I've always wanted to hear the truth, and it's sad i had to go to a stranger in the internet to find it. And I'm supposed to trust some "lady" somewhere to be in a committed relationship when MY OWN FATHER either can't or won't tell his biological son the truth? I'm from India. in terms of relationships and other similar stuff, we are still much conservative. I have been viewing better bachelor and some other similar creators for around a year now. the problem isn't men or women attacking each other, but us being weapons in the eyes of politicians. they need to have us divided so that they can control us easier. it is very easy to control someone who is emotional and extremely difficult to control someone who is capable of thinking for themselves. the biggest problem is education I believe. in colleges, instead of teaching students their courses, its just a year round propaganda campaign. the entire world is literally in a global re-education via means of social media. it is starting in India too btw. girls my age talking about feminism and women's rights, all the while, pretty much all they say is downright men-hating American political propaganda. I know India does have serious issues. but things that the world easily over looks, is that these events mostly happen in highly backward and uneducated regions of India. if you read this far, remember people think for yourself people. you were given a brain. its main purpose is to think, not obey.

@@eowyneadig7879 as a man gets older he definitely knows that younger women are better for relationships than women his own age. his options dont end. for women her options do dwindle and run out. women his own age if anything dont really bring anything and usually ignore good men their own age for bad boys and few top men that have money. he knows he can be with a younger woman cause she hasnt allowed herself to be used by the men in her youth like most women his age did. the women his age usually dont have much to offer cause some are bitter, single and divorced with kids. why settle for someone that is bitter for her own mistakes and doesnt have much to bring when shes his age with those options? no reason to. through time biology shows that younger women alot of the times were younger than the man. women ive spoken to my age prefer older not men my age. men my age over time usually either prefer younger women than older. but in time they may change their views.

The flipside is that women rarely get alimony or child support (especially if the father still pays for stuff and is still in the life of the children), they definitely don't get anything if there are no kids and no loss of activity/revenues due to the relationship (stay at home moms are very rare here). So true! I was a steel worker as an industrial High voltage maintenance electrician. I also worked in the most dangerous department the primary end, where we heat up scrap steel to 3000 degrees and cast it into a slab. I was the first women to get hired in that department since the mill started. I made 6 figures and my husband was worried about me all the time, because every shift is like 1000 ways to die. I actually loved it, however after 3 years I took another job because my children were getting older and my shift work and long hours, were getting in the way of being with them. I had to take a pay cut to get a better work life balance but I went into the Mining Industry and a Automation Technician. But the trade off is well because I am home every day, I can help my kids with homework, I can read to my kids, I get practically every weekend off, and I miss the danger of facing off with all the sketchy stuff, the old gruff guys who absolutely loved me, and the dangerous high speed situations, its nice to be home to create memories with my kids, spend time with my husband, cook and contribute to the house more than just my paycheck.

One caveat to the advice for a woman not to have sx quickly if she seeks a serious LTR. This is fine if she has consistently applied that strategy through her life. However let's say she is 30 and now wants to settle down and makes a serious LTR guy wait. I'd be very displeased if she had given it up to others on the first night and I am made to wait a few months (or whatever)...regardless of what she says, I would, without question, interpret that action as she was more attracted to my predecessors than to me...and that would be a huge red flag.

Whether we want it or not, a place where predominantly one perspective is shared will always be at least a little bit tribal, a little bit "us vs them". We do try to keep that in check though and be fair like Joker.

In all fairness, some guys & some gals are just total jerks. The average guy is the persuer, the average girl, his target.She aims higher, he becomes distraught, finally exits the dating scene. By her aiming higher, the Chads just use them, then go on to the next willing available gal.The gals become angry, lash out that all men are evil, not even giving the average guy a chance. Same with the below average gal. The average guy should, in all fairness, give these girls a chance. Those guys, although rejected, are in the same warped group as the “ aim higher” gals, which just perpetuates anger and un- fortunately, sad lonely men AND women. CB

1963 song by Jimmy Soul: “ If You Wanna Be HAPPY For The REST Of Your LIFE, NEVER Make A Pretty Woman Your Wife.” Musical teachable moment not just for all guys, but ALSO for all girls. If all guys followed this sound advice, women would have to town down their” I’m a beautiful princess” theory, more than likely, monikered by their moms and dads( BOTH are probably guilty). Inner beauty and a meek and quiet spirit in a lady is what most men desire in a marriage partner. Hope that sheds SOME light on this Dark and Foggy situation we men, and also you ladies, seem to ( BOTH ) be blinded in. CB

"There are a lot of good men out there, they just got looked over, they just got cast aside". That is true. And I personally can add used, abused and nearly driven to self deletion. That's why I don't chase or trust females. I don't hate women, I just have accepted that whatever I do I am simply not enough. I hope that the female that sent the letter understands that it is not about her personally, it is about female nature in general.

@Andrew Layton So true. The scary part is you can "be enough" in the moment you get married and then later you are no longer enough. It can shift away so in that regard the standard is literally arbitrary.

This woman, needs to date a woman for awhile and have to do all the same things a guy is expected to do to get physical attention. Join a dating site and use a guy's picture and put in a decent profile. See how she feels how we men are treated, and then do the same with a woman's picture and a decent profile. Compare the two, see how many responses each one gets on a regular basis.

it's be done by actual psychologists and they already know women get way more attention on dating sites. All they have to do is GOOGLE but... google would throw down those facts they dont like... and what do we do when we get info thats factual YET we dont like? That's right... we call it _MISINFORMATION_ you sprinkle that word on all opinions you dont like to silence the opposition.

I can tell you as a divorce lawyer that the infidelity is more often her doing the cheating than him. And financial abuse is far more often the wife than the husband. Using stereotypes from songs is not supporting the argument in this letter. And, yes, women in their 30s will dump a solid marriage for a party lifestyle.

I loathe the phrase "finding myself" to me it usually means "oh my life is pretty good but I am not 100% happy and satisfied all the time. So i am going to go out and do lots of things I probably shouldn't to fulfill my need for instant gratification." Nobody will ever be 100% satisfied with their life or happy all the time.

Here is my story. My wife is nearing menopause and she has not given me a child, because she has always wanted to “be ready,” and... that never happens. So anyway, I’m looking at moving on to a new situation with a woman about 15 years her junior. I have not met a woman yet. I don’t cheat. I am looking into divorce. I want a kid and she knows it and it turns out, there are women 25 years younger than me looking at me. I wonder what she will say when I ask, “ what did you expect?”
@Pepperkek
@Pepperkek 3 жыл бұрын
it's sad that she just kept saying "I'm not ready" instead of sitting down and communicating what she actually felt about it (I'm assuming that she just didn't want to talk about or have children but I don't know) my boyfriend was saying the same to me, I'm soon 33 and I had to sit him down and tell him either we agree on not having children or we hurry the f* up because I'm not getting younger and I don't want to be a mother when I'm 40. So now it's settled at least that we will begin the process in a year. I wish you luck in your situation and that you find a solution soon.
