Very true! Probably the best video i have seen telling it as it is! I started ESL in 2017 and i suffered the first year with rejection due to lack of experience at the time, nationality, race, and the harsh realities. I would stay online all day for days and no one would book me. I eventually got my first students the following year and yes that health insurance hahahaha ( gave me flashbacks) but nowadays i decided to relax a bit, plus you know this work can be unstable and yes, the war in Ukraine and global recession is heavily impacting. Anyway, best of luck to you!
