It has the entire gameplan for you) Since you have 239 gems you NEED to save it for act 7 chapter 3 and PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY GEM EQUIPMENT UNLESS YOU REACH LEVEL 52 (MAX) OR ELSE IT WILL TAKE GEMS TO UPGRADE IT TO THE CURRENT LEVEL. At level 52 you can buy a really good weapon for defeating titan(the final boss) "Pneumo fists" (its of 139 something gems). +You can get upto 10 gems everyday by watching ads. And please, do not get any boss weapon by fighting them in eclipse UNLESS YOU GET TO LEVEL 52. This is a game feature that anything which comes pre-enchanted will take gems to upgrade (it happened with me). And, as you are consistent with underworld as well, do not fight tenebris until you reach level 52 and when you defeat him CHOOSE "TURN BACK" OPTION it will give you a helmet with 'regenration" enchantment.
