A few tips:
1) You can slow the exercise down by clicking on the button at the bottom right corner
2) Pause the exercise and go back if needed
3) Pause the video to read my instructions if needed
4) Listen to my belting and analyze it! Can you hear the movement of resonance?
5) Make sure to not over support!
