I can’t wait for a Cornish dream Brindleton Bay but I’d be curious to see San Myshuno for LBTW too as that would be probably a quicker world with a very unique feel to the projects. Apartments offer a bit of a challenge to make the most of the space.

I'm loving this build. Maybe in the recording studio hallway(?) you could put photos of him performing and as a couple on red carpets, maybe some of her modelling pictures. The LP of this world will be amazing.

Uhh, maybe the kind of “mezzanine area” over the basement could also be a media room where they have interviews and stuff, because then the rest of their house is more closed of to the gp, but they still wouldn’t have to leave the house for interviews.

So sorry to hear you’re feeling tired, but I’m glad to know I’m not the only one. 🥲 It’s definitely the full moon 🌝 love, we tend to have less deep sleep and delayed time reaching REM sleep, as studies shows. As for the build, I think this is your best modern build yet. I’m really enjoying your content lately, a mix of modern of this one then some traditional with the Malfoy Manner. Very fresh, I’d say. 🤍✨

Oooh, I really like that second bedroom! The sunken area looks so cozy with the soft greys and the light filtering in thru the greenery outside ☺️ And I cannot believe I’m saying this, but I think I see the appeal of exposed concrete….?! The first suite had me a lil bit claustrophobic with all the deep dark wood-tones, and for whatever reason balancing those out with that feature wall in the second makes my brain SO HAPPY lol 🖤🤎❤️🧡💛💚💙💜💖🤍

An Idea I had When you brought up Stalkers in part 2 of the build. What if the child of the Butler is being bullied by the Astor-Bamford Teens. They (the ABs) could be fans of the Hargrove's Their music or movies. And depending on the age of the Butler could open up different storylines for you. If the Butler is an Elder then the Butlers Adult/Young Adult child could be working for Elizabeth, and her catering company. If the Butler is an Adult then perhaps their Teen Child goes to school with the ABs. Likely on a scholarship. Payed for by the Hargrove's because Tala seams the type to be super into giving back to her staff and wanting the best for them. However it happens that they cross paths with The Bamford's. The AB Teens have found out about who The Child's Parent works for. And are making them steal things like Chester raw demos, Or Tala's next script. If Butler is an Elder then the Teens are blackmailing their job with their Mother, in a "If you don't you wont have this job anymore." kind of way. If the Butler is and Adult, it's the old "We wont be your friends If you wont do this." peer pressure kind of way.

Aden, my darling, love you as always. I totally feel the tiredness of mondays... been a struggle all day. Just a thought, an idea if you will, what if you moved the "stairs" for the sunken bedroom to be only two tiles wide, same width as the empty space without the divider. That way it would allow more space to the side fo the bed and would not have that awkward, unused space on the step. Thanks for the good vibes

If you went with black carpet and edging in that basement home theatre room, maybe that might help with the flashy bits. You may have already tested that though. Just a thought. The build is coming along beautifully though. :)

Have you tried deleting the fences on the platform where the movie theater is? I don't know but maybe that is what is causing the "glitch". Also this comment has nothing to do with the video but I had my nails done for 3 weeks and I took em out two days ago and I still type as if I have them on. But I need my short nails so I can stop procrastinating on my violin. That's about it.
