You can add water to thin out the refried beans. It’s always cheaper to buy dried beans that you have to cook yourself than canned. It’s neat that you are trying new things.

Oh yeah, ground turkey took my a while to get used too. But I love it now. I season it with an onion packet or an onion beef packet. And that is now how I make tacos, meat loaf, spaghetti, chili, etc. Like anything ground beef is now replace ground turkey with that little twist. My husband can't even tell the difference now.

❤Glory I just popped in to say how much I have been loving your videos. Don’t feel pressured to upload super often (I wouldn’t want you to get burnt out) but I’m sure not complaining. I love the unedited/less edited style. It’s so much more realistic. Like a friend , just chatting. ❤

You’re absolutely right about the feeding children! My mom was forced to eat everything, to the point of gagging and vomiting. She vowed to NEVER do that to us as kids and now that we are adults, we are very adventurous eaters and will try pretty much anything.
@glorybrooks11 ай бұрын
Aw I’m so sorry to hear that! But so interesting to know that not forcing makes for even more adventurous eating. Great to know that, thank you for sharing!

Try vital farm eggs it’s a company that works with farmers that has pasture raised hens. They tell you all about the types of chicken they have and even have cameras that u can see where the hens are raised.
@MsSparkle32111 ай бұрын
Vital farms is really good imo also …heirloom chickens are good as well for meat. Heirloom-slow grow/pasture raised. I raise chickens too.

I think Vital farms is regional for right now and not nationwide, I live in Houston and the company is based out of Austin Texas, it's all over the stores here

@gloryk814 girl since seeing you cook that orange chicken in the air fryer, I keep saying that I'm going to get a air fryer trying to wait until I move so I can have everything new and fresh lol but I definitely will try to make them in the air fryer I'm also going to get a rice cooker. My daughter loves vegetables, and I would love to have her make things in the air fryer for herself now that she is 10 🥹, lol. If you have any suggestions or hacks for using an air fryer, let me know, or maybe you can do a video with you using the air fryer again❣️

Grass fed beef for me is the best. Look up Carnivor diet it is used by many people struggling with heath problems and it helped me. Im like you I look looking up different diets to see how it helped people and what I learned is eating nqtural foods without any human intervetion like mqke in labs or additive or pestisides ... etc , are the most healthier and benificial for us.

Another hack to open stubborn jars is to use one of those pot holders that has silicone. Like it fits over your fingers and thumb like a puppet (not the common glove type) and the palm side of your hand has the silicone for grabbing hot things . But it also gives you super human strength for jars! I always open my cans this way

I know that you think Matt was just making fun of you, but he really does have a point. How do you know that the chickens were happy We really don't know unless you source the food yourself. where the food comes from and what the animals have gone through. We really have no clue unless you have your own farm, your own chickens. Raise your own cows and pigs and things for meat. You don't know what they're being fed. You don't know how they're being treated. We don't know any of that. And just because they're allowed to put it on the package doesn't really mean anything either, because you should. see what the FDA regulates for foods in this country that makes that they still consider OK and safe even though if you read deeper into it, you'd probably be like I'm never eating something from a box again Cause of what the FDA the amounts the FDA allows in certain foods. of certain things. Don't do a deep dive. It'll Gross. you out.
