I didn't spot much that I liked from this particular Sezane collection, other than the Simon jumper for similar reasons to you, including the unappealing-to-me colourways and overly trendy 70s vibe. For fall I'm more interested in traditional fall colours, natural fibres and less busy prints - I did love the Paulo jumper in that beautiful burgundy and the Bastien jumper.

At first I thought you had consumed a pot of coffee before filming! 😂 I just got the Betty in garnet and I love it, my birthstone too as I'm a January baby. I usually stay away from reds, but it's a lovely wine red, not a bright cherry, has a drop of blue if that makes sense. I really love it, it's so rich. I'm tempted to try the Samuel, esp since all they have left is XXS which is what I would most likely take in this as I am petite.

I’m wondering if you can do some reviews of other French brands that are alternatives to Sezane. I’m so curious on the quality of these brands: Petite Mendigote, Des Petits Hauts, or Balzac Paris. Love your videos!

Yes I would love to! The only thing that stops me is the same reason that I’m hesitant to order from Rosae Paris, since Brexit ordering from the EU means paying customs taxes ☹️ which can make it really expensive. I will try and do them occasionally though 😊

I start with Rouje: from Rouje I fit the clementine that fits great (I have one from another collection), the long-sleeved gabinete, the jeans, the same t-shirts that you like, the corduroy skirt and pants, and I'm Waiting to see when he brings out the cardigans and sweaters that I like (if not I will buy in archives), the houndstooth or plaid blazer and if he brings out leather pants. I also want some booties, if I could some babies, moccasins and belts. I have to say that Rouje leather is very very good, totally butter. By the way, I have these pants from another season and they look very nice, the button detail is a plus. Oh, and I bought the Leonora cardigan last year in shades of blue, gorgeous, it looks spectacular with high waists although the colors this year personally are not good for me. I need a knit dress, but I would like it to be black, red or cream and wool like other years. Ah, this has to wait . De Sezane calls me a black wool blazer, the Marín in black and Vichy (but not in brown, let's see if they put black or navy blue), they do release some leather mini, and I admit that I really like the mini skirt that they have released in wool. I would like to try the boots that I need to renew and some earrings. From Armor Lux I am going to buy (this is a fixed purchase) a classic thick cotton sailor t-shirt in red, I have doubts about black and wool and silk undershirts. I haven't looked at Caroll's catalog yet, it's more classic but sometimes has nice high quality clothes at a lower price than Sezane and Rouje. These are the things I've seen that might fit on my fall/winter list. I finally bought the Manon in archives, two sizes smaller and I think I could wear it to the seamstress around the waist. It's beautiful and the neckline is wonderful and very tasty, I really liked it, thank you. I also got a jersey-top at the Reformation sale for skirts and garments that need a better top fit. When it arrives, if you want, I'll send you photos on Instagram so you can see more or less what it looks like and how thick it is.

Great video!! I know it’s fast fashion but Zara and Massimo Dutti have some strikingly similar pieces to Rosaé ❤ I definitely have my eye on some.

Rosae - I have ordered from them and never got a custom charge. Quality is better than Sezane imo

I spotted nothing that caught my eye. The only things from the new Sezane drops are items from previous collections, but in a different colorway, but spending a fair bit of money on pieces I already own but in another colorway holds little priority for me.
