6 pcs. tomatoes, cut into chunks
½ cup shallots
¼ cup native garlic

I used Cherry tomatoes for garnish and also pinalutong ko yung bangus skin ( cut into thin strips ) to simulate that crunch of chicharon. Awesome dish.

I tried it Chef today, mission accomplished! For me no need na ang cheeze po, malasa po cya because of the smoked fish po. I used tinapang gg. Dinamihan ko ang tinapa. And i used 4 salted eggs po kaya. sarap!!!!!! Just in time for Good Friday po. Thank you. More recipes like this pls😃😋😋😋🙏
