Coconut Curry Lobster

2 lobster tails (cut up into pieces)
2 tbsp curry powder of choice (I used barons and betapac)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp fish and seafood seasoning
1-2 tbsp green seasoning
3-5 sprigs thyme
2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
1 scotch bonnet pepper
For Rice
-----
1 cup basmati rice
1 1/2 cup water
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp salt

I always do my rice like that. We jamaicans (amongst others) add a tbsp of butter to the rice as well
