Hello, how did you easily put the character on the pen, did you pre-drill or do they come ready to twist on? I've seen a few vids and trying to figure it out. Those are beautiful

They come ready. I just add glue.

How do you put the character on top

It actually come with a small hole. I use that hole and apply e6000.
