My tip for ugly concert merch is to get pins instead! Concert pins are way cheaper than a shirt and you can slap them on anything. I love my ones from MCR (tho i did get a shirt too ngl)

Things I’m skipping this yr: oversized/baggy EVERYTHING. Realizing I much prefer a good pair of bootcut or flare jeans.. and I’m not the biggest fan of baggy shirts unless it for working out. Also skipping uncomfortable footwear, fast fashion hauls, basic tshirts :3

Passing on: Huge 2L+ water bottles (when did we decide it was normal to casually carry around these behemoth containers?); Stanley cups (I think they’re a bit ugly as they’re so top-heavy); Baggu bags (too basic a style for me personally); ballet flats (I had to wear them to work in the late 2000s and they’d literally fly off my feet when I was running around. So uncomfortable especially as my feet are used to being laced into boots!); any kind of casual sportswear; denim maxi skirts. 🖤

Girl I have a few lol 1. Hydrocolloid stars or patches, they're so overpriced when you can literally buy hydrocolloid bandages from CVS or Walgreens and cut them into small bits and it's usually cheaper. 2. Glossier YOU, idk I don't think it smells that great but then again I know it smells different for everyone so maybe I stink😅 3. The infamous Stanley cup, it's a cup lol

glossier you smells SO nasty. i don't know if it's just the chemistry with my skin but it made me gag 😭 i've never bought starface patches, i just buy the korean ones from walmart that r like $2.50. i would use bandages maybe but i get too many blemishes and i think i'd get fed up cutting them LOL

I was in the market for an everyday midsize bag so I got the plain black Baggu. $52 was expensiveee to me, but I absolutely love and due carry it everyday. There's really no reason to buy more than one IMO.

Love your channel and this was a great video! I agree with these and one I will also be skipping is UGGS (specifically those Tasman slipper ones, but also just UGGS in general). They’re so ugly and why on earth would someone spend between $80-$160 on a pair of slippers? I don’t get the hype 😭

Kinda wish people would move on from doc martens as a brand, they've dropped a lot in terms of quality and have that oversaturated problem. Lots of better quality same price brands out there, like Solovair. Agree on the Marc Jacobs tote - it's one of those signals that someone has disposable income, but no taste.

Dude why is concert merch so ugly 90% of the time 😂 I give in sometimes and regret it too that being said, I just went to a concert last weekend and the merch was so good!! It was all my color palette and had cool fonts/motifs- I loved the merch line so much that I bought 3 different shirts :o definitely a rare occurrence though I agree for sure with the anti expensive headphones propaganda- There’s always new tech and new fashion trends and it’s pretty exhausting

Aww bummed you listed Baggu as number one 😢. I love mine so much and I purchased it secondhand on Mecuri for a fraction of the price! It holds so much, is comfortable and great for traveling. makeup! babes nobody needs 18 different shades of pink lipstick nobody needs 8 mascaras at once i have: 1 black nyx lipgloss that i use to darken any color or on its own 1 red nyx lip gloss 1 clear lip gloss 1 brown liner 1 red liner 2 shades of red lipstick (one darker one brighter) 1 neutral/darker brown and i only buy 2 mascaras (one thicker one for my top lashes & one lengthening one for my bottom)

Never understood the Stanley hype. It's convenient for if you drive since it fits in the car cup holder, but all these kids getting them to just spill in class lol. I'm tempted by Owala though, but I have a perfectly good 32oz Thermoflask that my boyfriend bought a pair with me on sale at Costco or Sam's Club (I don't remember) I use for the gym although would prefer if it was a lighter blue but I also have a 18oz Hydroflask in a really cute mint that I use for travel, but I also wish it had a straw lol. But it's fine, I don't need a new water bottle.

I have white sambas with the black and grey details and I like they way they look! However, they have the most UNCOMFORTABLE, paper thin soles! They are unwearable for longer than an hour unless you buy insoles and if I'm spending over $100 on a pair of shoes they better be comfortable out of the box. Honestly I've been really unhappy with the quality of a lot of sneakers I've been trying on lately, I work retail why is it so hard finding comfortable and cute shoes?

I want to say something about the doc martins. I own 2 and I love them so much, but OH BOY the first two-three weeks of wearing them was a torture. Here’s the thing, in these kinds of shoes, you need to “break” you feet first and make it adjust to the shoe. But Idk if it’s your feet that is changing or your its shoes😂 but yeah, I’ve been wearing my doc martins for about a year now and it now feels very very comfortable.

Not as interesting as some of the coments here but I wanted some rings made out of spoons for a while but the places I found selling hand made ones in my country are a bit out of the bugget I leet my self spend on a ring and the other option is temu so a no. I waited for the moment a tea spoon broke or I found one I can bend in a thrift store and now after a year I have a spoon tail ring made by me in the most unprofesional way (it was a pain to bend it without the profesional instruments but in twe days and wrist pain I funking did it) sorry this was long

oof this is gonna be CONTROVERSIAL considering the current fashion landscape, and I guess this is a little broad, but the whole y2k fashion resurgence as a whole? it's absolutely not my thing, i dont like how low rise jeans basically only look good on a certain body type (which honestly goes for a lot of y2k fashion, but no shade if it works 4 u!!), and i'm more of an 80s 'dressing like egon spengler' nerd anyways lmao also sidenote; not throwing any hate towards youtubers, but i swear the girlies who dress in y2k fashion are always doing massive hauls and then massive closet cleanouts?? just seems really unsustainable to me :/
