Did you find out if the Don't Break My Heart Bear was a defect??

I sent them 2 emails with pictures and everything and they never responded so it was kind of like, "...welp. I'll just live with it then ig?" but I'm pretty positive it isn't supposed to look like that. All the other unboxings I've seen the writing is the right way. On the In Case Of Love one
