I’ve been using this seller for quite some time, I’ve had some minor defects with the figure. However if you are into army building this would be the most affordable option. For instance the covenant fireteam is great for army building.

I find so many mega Bloks/construx sets and figs that are so overpriced mainly on EBay or sometimes on Amazon that’s just sad for people like me that are wanting to collect some Mega

k11mall is the GOAT i got helljumper helmets from him. One had no paint on the visor it is a black visor so i have a helljumper with a black visor it is so sick. I was just randomly lucky to get it.

I will state, there is a small different in the packaging as well with the product codes on the back on the package on the bottom right. Mega’s product code varies per package and it’s painted in grey. The fakes all have the same code and they are indented into the packaging without paint.

Ah, you are correct. I probably should have mentioned that, though I chucked all that packaging awhile ago. But yes, they just used one code for every figure

I would love if Mega did a full re-release of series 17. Just like straight up instead of releasing a new line when they would, just do series 17 again. I'd absolutely love this lineup but I haven't seen real listings that aren't terribly overpriced

You mentioned that Halo wars 2 set with the weird turret and blue Spartan, I had the exact same issue with the torso, it's like a very rough and sandy material they used for the jumpsuit chest

Been really debating buying some figs from kmall just to see what they’re like. Since I’d be using them in backgrounds of displays misprints wouldn’t matter, but it was interesting to hear about the hands of nmpd figures.

Not kidding I accidentally brought a measuring tape to Meijers (was workin of Halo armor) and my Meijers gave MEGA 18.9” of shelf space!😂

Finding S18 is really good! Just any EVA helmet? It's not too hard to get one. The building box set has a blue one. Also what type of armor are you making?

I took a bit of inspiration from Halo 3 ODST, MEGA, your project and We are ODST, so for Halloween I decided to make an ODST armor. It’s done but I just need to find a good SMG replacement. But don’t worry! I have a back up costume! TF2 Blu Heavy!!! The EVA was old articulation btw I kinda like the older EVA helmet. Edit: do you think Meijers is one of the main assets in fixing the distribution problem? I now see the following sets and fig series at my Meijers: Razorback Blitz, Banished Phantom, Hornet Recon, Decidive and Bizarre battlegrounds, varying Halo Heroes, and blind bags.(mostly new!)

It’s really almost impossible to tell between the yoroi figures, even though the plastic and printing is mildly different between them. Now I’m starting to wonder if the silver yoroi is gonna have this same issue.

I can confirm that the silver Yoroi does not have the same issue. And it's hit or miss. Some of the fakes look close to real but ALL of them will have an almost chalky looking waist armor section, VERY gummy head and forearms and the head will be noticeably smaller.

For hero’s series 17 I saw a lot of fakes with the 2442TC code on the back. The weird catch is I own a sealed Yoroi that is confirmed to be real with the exact same code. Idk if the fakes copied real codes. I know that the one I own sealed is real because I bought a fake, and just on paint alone it’s easy to tell the difference. Any eBay listings with the 2442TC code is fake 99% of the time, from what I’ve seen. It’s a weird situation.

That's how it is for a lot of the world. The rating doesn't matter though. Some of the sets on Amazon have 3 stars purely because people give bad ratings due to the fact that they can't buy it

Well as a German it’s a nightmare to collect in the first place. No stores here stock them and Amazon also has little to nothing, with high prices because of shipping from the US & UK. I paid 190€ for the Pelican Inbound and about 52€ for Red team Warthog Rescue. 20€ for each was simply for Shipping and toll fees. I would literally break if I overpay for a set and get a fake or bad quality, a simple mongoose costs about 60€ that’s insane

If you're asking how I know there are not more bootlegs, as I stated in the video, I often have to purchase from the chinese resellers to get sets early for review and I have not found any hint of bootlegs outside of series 17
