It's understandable that the fandom is excited, this is a new thing for Joe to be so open about having a girlfriend and they are very sweet together. But it does worry me that more and more fans seem to be on the verge of living vicariously through Joe and Dianne, which is not healthy. I’ve got coeliac disease (basically gluten intolerance) which took like 8 years to diagnose, finally got told about 3 years ago, the gluten free food isn’t great! I’m 19, and have been told the best way to go about it is the finger prick test- my sister had it and was so much easier than what I went through

I experienced the same thing and found out I was lactose and egg intolerant. The only way to test for intolerance (at least at that time) was to do the diet change like your doing and see what makes you feel better. They can test for an allergy with bloodwork. The other thing it could be is IBS which requires a lot of lifestyle and diet changes. It flares up with stress, lack of sleep, alcohol, and some foods like spicy or fatty foods (I.e. dairy, fried foods). It’s different for everyone really. The best thing to do is see a Gastroenterologist for them to run tests and depending on the results develop a plan. I can honestly say finding out I was lactose and egg intolerant was a huge blow. Food is such an integral part of our lives and it’s hard to make these changes and avoid things, especially when it’s an intolerance and not an allergy because people are not always understanding. Especially restaurants, I’ve had some pretty rude waiters in my time . But you’ll handle the situation with the same humor and positivity you always do! Plus it forces you to have a more healthy and conscientious lifestyle with food. Best of luck!

I ship them as much as anyone and of course I like seeing videos of them together and the sweet moments, but at the end of the day the only people who really know what’s going on is the two of them. all of our comments putting Joe down when we think he’s done wrong or telling them to get married ASAP, it’s all just filth and we need to keep our noses out of their relationship. these freaking comments are just as bad as the wretched tabloids selling lies and speculations in stores. just enjoy the video for what it is and stop acting like you’ve got all the answers to a relationship between two people you will probably never personally know. and that’s my soap box, thanks 😂

I've been recently diagnosed with Coeliac disease (severe intolerance to gluten). Before I was diagnosed I never exhibited any major symptoms apart from tiredness and fairly mild and random stomach issues. I never in my life would've thought I had Coeliacs, but it was discovered at its early stages before it got more serious (thankfully!). My advice to anyone would be to go to your doctors if you're having any stomach issues/signs of food intolerance. They will most likely do a blood test to check if you have the antibodies which attack gluten and hence attack your gut when you eat it. Please do get checked if you're concerned, if left unchecked you could end up with issues that are far more severe. Plus, Coeliac's can actually make you malnourished, despite how much you eat. If you leave it unchecked, your stomach can undergo damage preventing all types of nutrients from effectively being absorbed and digested in your body - hence why many people with undiagnosed coeliacs are slim. Please go to your GP and double check, although the diet isn't always the tastiest, you get used to it and adapt. I'm now able to have almost all of my old favourites (minus the gluten) thanks to home cooking and a growing awareness of the disease. It gets easier with time, do the best thing and talk to a medical professional :)

If you are allergic to gluten ( coeliac disease) most things do taste like cardboard, so just try loads of different stuff till you find something you like then stick with it. I was diagnosed with coeliac about 5 years ago when I was 8. It's really tough at first but you get used to it
