I feel she see's it but something happened to her when her baby over 25 closed, her confidence has reduced and she views everyone as greater than her while it's actually the opposite, she is too too great.I always say silent prayers for her so she doesn't dim her light before others.Jules, you are a natural dear ,don't shrink to be accepted or fit in,most of us admire you just the way you are.Like what sharon said, you are always the light of the room no matter who you interview or collabo with, believe us.And thanks for holding many newcomer's hands,it only shows the kind of heart you possess which is what sets you apart and make you stand out from the crowded youtube space.....EDIT I am just shocked. When i was writing this comment,i hadn't reached Jules part of the video and everything she says is kinda related to what i said above,wow.....JULES,DON'T SHRINK YOURSELF MAMI.

I really really ADMIRE Jules... I reasonate strongly with how she has said several times on podcasts how her 20s were fucked up because she didn't know what to do with her life while her peers were making it big. One moment you are certain this is what I want to do, another moment you feel sucked up because you just don't know what exactly you were created to do. I love her because of how raw she has always been. ❤❤Jules

Honestly Sharon , for your christian journey , take it one day at a time . Transformation works inside out , so take a day at a time . Let God do the work in you . Doing the change in your own strength will frustrate the journey . So one day at a time

Loooved this episode!❤ This year have been aiming to push boundaries and do things scared. And totally agree that whenever you push yourself, amazing things happen. I had 45% in KCPE and recently pushed through fear of publishing a book🙊 It was a bestseller at some point on Amazon. 4 months ago, I started a KZbin channel scared. Was praying for only 500 subs🙊 because I felt I wasn’t ready to be a content creator😂 Now we’re 1k and growing. Do it scared. Do it unprepared, and become an expert along the way. Thanks for sharing ladies❤❤

I'm a new but OG Christian. I grew up Christian but it was moreso something I did absent-mindedly and now it's a decision that has become more intentional in the past 2 years. I believe the relationship you have with God is very personal and it's between the people in that relationship to define what that looks like. I don't follow Christianity as rigid as a religion but as free as a spiritual connection between me and God. I define what that looks like and God leads me - that's how religion for me works.

Thank you Jules and Sharon, it’s lovely tuning in to hear you both , I love the authenticity of your friendship and all the guests you bring in. My life is faith in action ,doing it scared…I left Kenya for Europe to join my husband of four months to a country I knew nobody else. I left my lovely job, apartment, family and friends to start from scratch. It was one of the most scariest experiences of my life ..the uncertainty of it all....I wasn’t allowed to work for four years due to the laws at the time..I depended 100% on my husband, and he abused me financially and emotionally and things went downhill from there.. 10 years later after changing careers, I took my children and left, peacefully. The fear of the unknown was keeping me stuck into a miserable existence and my children were seeing it all. Leaving a marriage with no family support aboard is one of the most difficult things one can do and I did everything alone regarding the move.. still in the same country..5 years later, happily divorced it’s been the best thing ever for me and my children. We are thriving! Co parenting with strict boundaries in place and I’ve been feeling alive ever since…we have only one life to live ..let’s live it to the fullest . Do it scared, but do it! Unshackled yourself from what’s keeping you tethered, whether it’s in your personal life or work related, career move , whatever it is ..be bold and see yourself thrive.

Hi ladies! This episode has reminded me that I have done a lot while scared. I have changed countries, restarted life, gone after the kind of job I wanted, applied to engineering school (still waiting to hear on this), changed teams at work despite being “comfortable” with where I already was. Your stories have given me more perspective and respect for myself and motivated me on yet another thing I am trying to do scared. It has truly been relatable and I’d say mission accomplished!

Here’s some feedback for the camera person/people. If a guest is speaking please focus on the or at least have the camera frame in the area. Most of the time when Sharon was speaking the camera was on Jules, instead it should have either been on both or Sharon speaking. I hope this helps you all!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Thank you so much for sharing your experiences ladies! It's about 3:30am right now, I'm working on a project that is outside my usual scope of work. I procrastinated on starting because of a crippling fear of failure but I finally did and I'm about to finish the final task. My fear of failure (combined with perfectionism) tells me it's better to not do something if I cannot guarantee MYSELF that I can do it and do it very well. Recently I have been challenging myself by trying out something new every month because my biggest challenge is starting something, but once I start, I realize it's not as complicated as it seemed in my head. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to more episodes

I usually listen to this pod on Spotify but I had to come see Jules narrate her what caught her attention and laugh again😅 Thank you so much both for being vulnerable on your platform. I always wondered how Nomad collaborated with Aprtment life kumbe it was Sharon’s brain behind this👏🏾 Also Jules everyone I’ve recommended your podcasts to from Over 25, to TLC, iRIP and So This Is Love they’ve heard it, went back to episode 1 and started over! Your work speaks for itself. Since you’ve noticed the things that cause fear it’s important to understand how to use it to your advantage and do a fact vs myth comparison in each scenario, it helps (read from The Four Agreements book by Don Miguel)

This was such a warm, authentic, and vulnerable moment. I admire how you two are able to be open with each other & also boldly with the world. It's not easy admitting the things you have. I would've never guessed in a million yrs that you Jules move in self-doubt. You hide it so well. I'm in alignment with that thought process & that's one thing I consciously have to remind myself that those negative thoughts are not my own. It can be a pain in the ass. Sharon, wow, I recently just bumped into Apartment Life Content & I highkey vibe with them. I'm glad you were able to connect & work together. Wish you the very best in your spiritual journey. Having that spiritual war is another blood sucker but you can do this just as you've managed to do everything else in your life. Lastly, I commented on a previous video about the Fingo app. Is it Diaspora friendly? I'd greatly appreciate feedback on this, please. Thank you again for sharing & I'm so happy to be part of the online community you've created. I wish Muthoni was on this piece as well, I would've loved to hear her insights.

I just read, "Rome was built in a day. It wasn’t finished in a day. In fact, it’s still not finished. But the day someone said, “this is Rome,” and announced the project, it was there." Sometimes we get hung up on the beginning, unwilling to start Rome unless we’re sure we can finish it without incident.
