No she didn't. being 17 and doing something stupid not understanding the significance of the crime itself just trying to be cool at least the red head, doesn't deserve to be judged and followed with cruel negativity 7 years later.

Diana Zeltser​ Maybe this speaks more of our society than anything else, but at the age of 17 you should just know better. Yes, we all do stupid things but that shouldn't justify or exempt us from taking responsibility. If it does, we're borderline reaching 'affluenza' stages of excuses. Besides, this cruel negativity is nonexistent. No one truly remembers people like this. Even true victims of harassment have damn near faded into obscurity. Her actions will be remembered far longer than her name as new bullshit pushes her farther back in relevancy.

Had to find an update about this chick and Surprise Surprise, she ended up getting probation for a robbery she committed few years later, kept violating terms and in prison for bout 7 years.
