First batch of white-backed fungus (crisp and tender taste) has a high soaking rate. One pound can be soaked to about 12 pounds. Soak in warm water for about 1.5 hours. It tastes crispy, delicious and nutritious. Shredded fungus can be fried with eggs, fried with shredded pork, cooked in salty soup, made into buns, dumplings, and made into a cool dish in summer!
