This used to be my favorite haunt in my youth when my parents would go to LV and stay at the NYNY. Memories of those loud coin pushers that blared a medley of disco songs near the entrance is embedded in my mind forever. When I went back in late 2015, it was a shell of its former self, which was pretty depressing. It's wonderful to see it so lively again! Glad it seems like you two had a blast there. (That said, nothing will ever top the year they evidently got supplied at the prize counter from some disused game shop, and had Magic The Gathering decks, Vampire CCG boosters, and Mage Knight starter sets. Probably the only time in my life I arguably made a profit when gunning for ticket prizes...)

@7:10 I have analyzed the Basket Ball Pro Game, and have watched framed by frame… Angel Score is as follows; 42 baskets where made in the first 30 seconds, and 11 baskets were made during the last 10 seconds X2 boost. Therefore, 42 x 3pts + 11 x 6pts = a total score of 192 Points. He is owed 965 tickets! Lol

Great video! I was at that same arcade over a decade ago and I will never forget the nice gentleman who just handed me 10k tickets out of nowhere and just went on his way. Never even got a chance to thank them but man I got so much candy that day from the ticket zone. Heaven.

so for fun i did the math on the extra ticket count and the $10 for 700 tickets is actually the best value as you pay more like he said you actually get less tickets. i mean the second one 1450 for $25 only get you an extra 50 tickets for the 5 dollars.

Randee again - Guys while you are in Vegas you MUST try out the "Pinball Museum" by the Airport !! a full range of games - 1950's to present - Actual pinball, video games claw machines. Cheap cheap - most are b/t 25-cent to $1 to play. Husband and I ended up spending 2 whole evenings there, and didn't break the bank !! Have Fun !!

You are quite correct on your math Angel. The $10 deal is much superior to the others. The amount for $25 would be 1750, for $50 it would be 3500 and for $100 it would be 7000 tickets respectively.

believe it or not, there is a movie stop game there with dvd cases with prizes like that 3500 ticket prize you saw in the stacker. When I go back to vegas, I'm gonna play that game to see if I can win tickets to go on the roller coaster. or perhaps more credits or tickets. I'll see, i guess.

When you were in the prize area and talking about you can buy extra tickets the $10 was the best way to go instead of all of them. The $25 was 1450 thats 5800 for $100. The $50 was 3000 thats 6000. Its crazy the $10 on was the best .
