Billy vc é o melhor já se foi mas de 17 kilos eu saí do 44 para 40 e tem 38 que dá em mim . Também me sinto bem melhor em tudo . Foco , foco , foco Eu faco todas suas aula com luva , exeto a que usa peso, elastico de treino e o bastao .
