Sis I am trying to do better at planning my work fits as well. Especially on the mornings that I workout because I am always rushing and I think they expect me to be late by now. I am always walking in 15 mins late.

Planning atleast loosely is helpful and takes some stress off...Maybe just try to pull-out 2 or 3 im preparation for the week and see if you find it helpful 😉
