I so agree with TTK that all the talented young men and women land up on the big screen from TikTok because some are so talented, even better than some actual actors and actresses. We need sensible movies, issue-based, current evolution etc.... But the Bhutanese cinema has to pull up their socks. It is so nice to hear her say the truth because so fed up with many Bhutanese stars posting House FULL every day!!

Try the 4-7-8 breathing technique. Inhale for 4 seconds hold for 7 seconds and exhale slowly for 8 seconds. Hope u get better soon 🤍
