In such times, it's only the Kuencho Sum (the Triple Gem) that offers support. There are moments when we question the existence of God, yet I always find myself returning to faith when there’s no one else to turn to. This is often a reflection of anxiety. I admire Sir Tandin Sonam for embracing a spiritual path. It may sound simple, but in practice, it’s far from easy.

i Noticed the Host is doing skin tightening ,mean face tighnening in the middle of the talk which is not so good for the viewers.. It is quite akward..why don't you stay normal motion.

Thank u for the comment. I wasnt doing my "face tightening" when I laugh a lot I tend to touch my face rather too much. Which I really need to stop 😬😅 but will definitely keep this point in my mind next time. 🙏
