I am in Canada so I’m assuming the steps are the same. Question for you-I work in the same province I live in but not the same town as my home address; I’m a 2 hour drive away. You should chat with the postal workers. If where you are situated and your home both route mail to the same sorting facility then you should be good to go.

No. All 4 casinos link to your bank account. However, Pulsz does something with Skrill which is comparable to cash app. They'll even send you a physical Visa card.

When you go to the account verification section: if it states that your info is still under review (or something like that) by all means contact customer service. If it doesn't then resubmit your information. Good luck. 😀

​@BScottTurner it says it's still being reviewed. I have been in constant contact with customer support they just keep saying it's still being reviewed. How do I resubmit? If I go back to the page where I submitted my documents it says you'll receive a email notification when the review is done it won't let me resubmit anything. Thanks for your reply I appreciate it

You've got me stumped. 3 weeks is bizarre. In the mean time, I'd get registered with Pulsz for some sort of forward movement. Appealing by email to customer service is all we got so if I were in your shoes I'd submit may email in the complaint category but be tactful pointing out that after 3 days ,a ball has obviously been dropped (much less 3 weeks) Please let me know what I need to do as I've done my best to comply ... ​@BScottTurner I wanted to thank you for trying to help. I put in tickets in the complaint section as you suggested and I still got the same response Unfortunately. I don't know what the deal is. Everyone else talks highly of Chumba and doesn't seem to have any issues but they are not verifying my account so I don't share the same opinion at this point. I done deposited about $1000 so I'm guessing that was a waste. I tried pulsz and their verification process requires you to go through a third party app which wants permission to access your files,camera and microphone and I'm not comfortable with that so I guess I'm out of luck with these online social casinos 😢 thanks again for all your help

​@BScottTurner figured I'd give an update just in case it helps others. I continued to go back and forth with chumba support every day getting the same response back everytime we are still reviewing your account and we will update you well today I go to sign into chumba and I'm deactivated. I didn't do anything to be deactivated except for continuing to contact support to see when my account would be verified. I spent over $1000 on this site and it was all for nothing. Please be careful everyone

I highly doubt it. They are all about verification of who you are and where you live. Where you live is important because there's a handful of states and 1 province where Sweepstakes aren't legal- so the casinos will do their best to comply.
