@@Uneedskill Actually "crazy bastards" like SirFoch and Circon used to make EPIC vids from derp Comet or what was it...with the gun making arta-like shots with like 200 m/s shell velocity... :D Also QB made some good content years ago with one of the tier 7-8 VK meds with Hetzer's trollgun... Only bad idea nowadays cuz' of the thoughtless HE-nerf from Wargaming... :/

jagdpanther has always been one of my fav tanks. I dont have an E25 but i think the panther can keep up with it dpm wise. It has good speed,good gun and turns pretty well.

9-21-21 last video. This tank also makes a great support medium. Panther hull, good frontal armor, better if you angle it as you drive backwards, gun hits hard enough. It has good depression -8 to increase the armor slope for quick peeks. The 105 always felt too derpy to snipe with consistently, might want to run 88 with binos. Or get active and use optics and turbo and have fun

My first 3marked vehicle, absolutely beast. With the 105 mm barrel she has ~ 0,3 acc but mystery is the 1.5s aiming time. Better than most tier 9 guns.

Play blyad prince 200 pen 150 alpha 17.2 rpm. Not amazing against higher tiers but in tier 7 and lower the Dpm is very nice

It's more of the tier system that makes it look meh than the actual tank. The tanks that it typically fought irl were mostly tier 4 through 6 (stuff like the t-34, Sherman, others that I don't remember), with very few in tier 7 (the IS). Same with the tiger and panther. Sure by the end of the war this tank would've been dated compared to the newly made tanks by the allied forces (IS-3, centurion, etc), but at it's time, it was good. Still not enough to let Germany win though.

@@nebvbn4504 this is true for many tanks in the game - Churchill I in game is pretty good but irl it was considered very poor, and Churchill VII in game is meh and irl it was really effective. Sherman in game seems like it has no armour but Vs Japanese tanks it was pretty good. Many Soviet tanks in game are way better than they were irl like t28 but even in their trees there are some that underperform real world a bit imo like su85 or is3 (is3 irl scared the pants off the west that's pretty much why half the west tier 10s were even designed)

@@RugnirSvenstarr Tbh, I kinda want them to implement "mini-tiers," a 10-division scale between tiers. So many tanks are not good enough at it's tier, and some are way too good at it's tier. Looking at you, meta premiums. Oh yeah, is-3 is great, I wonder what went through the western allies head when they paraded those in... Berlin or in their capital? Can't remember. It would've been neat.

+2 MM is standard. From time to time You get one battle your tier only or top tier one. But that is 5% of the games or less. MM should be +- 1 tier always

Recently I rebought the Jagdpanther, because it is a historical classic and because I remembered it being good for more aggressive gameplay... but times have changed. I have the impression that Tier 7 tank destroyers have bad matchmaking in general. So you are almost every game fighting vs. the premium tier or worse. The perfect example was the 'Buratino' or how this gold spamming, buyable cheat is called.

Let me disagree with you. While comparing those to equal tiers, they're good! They just suffer from something that ALL low tier tanks suffers from: bitch MM. T-34 with dpm gun is really fun, mobility and insane DPS makes you the perfect mosquito Tiger 1 is top2 heavy tier VII, you can even play your cards against tier VIII du to good pen (sadly nothing can beat the U.S T29 top1 heavy, and I would say that polish 45TP is top3). Panther I is reeeeally good too, not with the historical gun/turet, but with the fully upgraded ones it's insane BUT yes Shermans sucks (altho some premiums are playable due to better gun), AND those ******** killed the Jumbo with the HE nerf. Panzers: same problem. Use to be fun to play Pz. IV with derp gun...nowadays the only survivor is the Pz. III/IV (rare premium) wich is nearly OP And as a french, I can tell you... B1... This majestic tank is not given his due respect. Somua S35/R35/39 in the other hand, are pretty fun to play and accurate on what they were on the battlefield. But come on...B1 were even called "french koloss" by germans because of their impenetrable armor...I can't feel that AT ALL in WoT!!! WarThunder is more respectfull of those historical WW2 tanks.
