Ran into your channel and I’m already hooked and subscribed! Love acrylic pours and resin so this is right up my alley. I also do a craft show once a year and look forward to doing some of these frames. Could I pls ask what you charge approximately for a frame on average. I understand graphics. Just curious. Pricing is always a struggle for me and I typically under price. Look forward to watching your previous videos as well as current.❤

Fantastic creation just beautiful. Such great advice thank I so much. I have just recently found u and I am just hooked onto ur videos. One question… here did u use mica powders in the paint?
@Diana-ft7vlАй бұрын
How do you deal with pits that appear after using resin ? What causes them to?
@tammyandersonartАй бұрын
What causes those is something like fingerprints or just us handling them. Our skin leaves behind natural oils and the resin can be very touchy. Another thing that can cause it is any type of oily base in a paint brand or adding silicone. Sometimes metallic paints are made with some type of product that has a gloss base and the resin rejects. The easiest way to fix that is to wipe down the first resin surface that has the pipe with an alcohol wipe and reapply another coat of resin. That should fix it. Some paintings I have made that had silicone in them took me 5 layers to finally get it right lol that's rare though and I used silicone too❤

If I wanted to do this technique on regular jar lids, do I need to paint the lid or sand off the writing first? (E.g. jelly jars to reuse for bath salts)
@VHPINCАй бұрын
Do the glitter type color art paints work well in this application? Or is it best to use a more flat almost Matt paint? These are really beautiful and thank you so much for sharing this wonderful idea with us all.

How would you resin a rolling pin?
@tammyandersonartАй бұрын
Oof lol that's a hard one so you would have to somehow attach it to a cup turner because it would need to continuously spin for atleast 8 hours for the resin not to drip off.
@cindysmith5517Ай бұрын
@@tammyandersonart I was hoping maybe some very thin coats would work...I'll research a cup turner. Thanks.
