there was a time on my page i had comments but i went through hardship and was going to quit youtube entirely so i hide my channel when u hid your channel it removes all ur comments likes pretty much everything leaving u with just empty interactions

theres ALOT of videos that have empty replies i wish i would have just stepped back vs hiding my channel at that time

as far as a black screen and it closing what i would recommend ensuring ur computer graphic drivers are up to date. all ensure u have all the C++ installers, as well as direct x. , java and visual basic the latest and then go from there.

are you nvidia or amd? there sometimes is a patch to help with resolution and graphical fixes because of the compatible of the game
