The challenge was such a great way to stay motivated to move this month! I usually get demotivated as soon as I fall off the 100% effort wagon but being able to choose the movement and being gentle with myself has made me so much more consistent and happier overall! Hi!! You and the Strava challenge gave me the idea to run a 5k around the park next to my house every in the month of january!
