This is similar to my approach when it comes to collecting die-cast vehicles. I hit up a boatload of different places -- 2 different Wal Mart stores, a Target, an Ollie's, a Shop Rite (local supermarket here), a mom-and-pop vintage toy store, about 3 different antique / consignment shops, etc. I even found a local NAPA store that carries carded Hot Wheels! What are the odds of that? As far as I'm concerned, you can never have enough places carrying that die-cast goodness!

You found some great cars, I really liked the blue Johnny Lightning Ford Mustang and the white and black Car And Driver Ford Mustang. My brother and I had quite the collection of Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars back in the 1970's and 1980's. We had the orange race track with the battery powered garage with the spinning foam wheels that would keep the cars going around the track. I remember going to the toy section in K-Mart as a kid and looking for the newest releases. Thanks for bringing back some great childhood memories.

Chris, you are out of control with the goodies lately, LOL. Just like me....we have Ollie’s over here also (Alabama) and I’m walking out with $50 in classic JL and Racing Champions every store. My wife is pretty tired of it right now. Great job getting the Land Rover premium. You must be the “Dump Bin Whisperer”, the Super Treasure Hunts seen to float up to your hand.
