I got my wisdom teeth out over a year ago and the recovery was more just uncomfortable than painful in my experience. The most painful part was nerve pain during the extraction itself (I didn't get sedation, only lidocaine which is standard in my country) and afterwards I had an allergic reaction in my mouth from the chlorhexidine mouth wash I had to use :'). I didn't really have pain afterwards, more just swelling and an uncomfortable feeling. I hope your recovery is going well! Sending love
