Those flowers you were looking at for Rose are called lantanas down here in the south, USA. They are very pretty, hardy in our hot, hot temps, and they just grow all along the roadsides and ditches! LOL!!! They do sell them down here....but I don't think they charge the 25.00 you saw. They come in so many color combinations, and they are perennial.
