The time has finally arrived! I’ve been invited to Hong Kong as the official training partner for the 🇭🇰 Karate Team. A massive thank you to Grace for the incredible hospitality. I’m SOOO happy to be here. The next 4 weeks will be filled with many learning opportunities and even more growth!! 🤩 I’ll be living at the Sports Institute and experiencing the pure athlete life from morning to night. Can’t wait to train and share with some amazing athletes.
