Csmtcqueen, the best thing about traveling with Erica to Italy is she speaks fluent Italian. Yes, Europeans can be a bit aggressive. They also don’t expect us to know what they’re saying. Trust me, she lets them know that she knows exactly what they’re saying. Instant humility as soon as she lets them know. Lol

I have read many Black people who found Italy to be traumatizing due to the microaggressions/racism while traveling in Italy. Do you think that is a problem there ... What is your opinion? Or does it depend on what region you are in?

Cheers, sis!🥰 Well, when it comes to microaggressions or aggressions-period- when it comes to our treatment and disenfranchisement worldwide, you will find "problematic' misanthropes everywhere. That said, I have never been treated with so much kindness, grandeur (yes, GRANDEUR), generosity, respect and consideration. As a matter of fact, the first time that I felt the magnanimity of my beauty, AS A BLACK WOMAN, was when I first landed in Italy in 2006, and it has never been more true for me than when I visit now. The stories I could tell are plentiful in support of my experiences. Stay tuned...storytime.🥰😘🙏🏾
