That assembly code also prevents decrease of ability and learning points in the release version. It may have other unintended side effects.

Yes. If you have ability points to spend, and spend them the unspent points don't decrease, and if you then [r]evert, you get the points refunded adding to the total and the scores you increased don't decrease! It's a total cheat!

very good. but what if the game have no health value like Tannenberg or Isonzo or Verdun ? in the games which you only get one shot and die. How should we ultimate our health in those games using cheat engine?

I tried modifying health in rdr2 but no luck with scripts. Each area in memory I choose as soon as script is enabled game crashes. Only script that works is a base address lookup for health

Stephen, great vid, got it working however as others have stated, this address when NOPPED also NOPs at least your attribute points and your learning points, any chance of a refined video that will only affect health? Thank you

So instead of doing something like nop the entire bytes, doing something like is more.......professional and seem reasonable( I suppose this is the word). Very nice tutorial!

Indeed! It also sets you up for doing more advanced things like writing code so that your health can decrease but won't drop below 0, so you can see that you're getting hurt and how badly so you can practice but you can't actually F up and die and lose all your stuff etc (nice safety net without the "God"/cheat feeling).

Hey Stephen, great video! I am going through watching most of your tutorials and soaking it up. I am hacking a dragonball z game (offline singleplayer) and have made some progress. I have made some scripts using the methods you've shown with the base addresses of several different things I had previously found, but I am encountering some crashing issues. I was wondering if there is a way I can show you my scripts, and help me find the reason why I am crashing? It seems like it only happens when two certain scripts are activated, then one is deactivated. They both work independently and together without any problems, but if you turn one off its a crash to desktop, no matter what I try. Thank you again for the videos, and any help you are willing to offer!

Are you using anything other than the Steam release of the game? You may experience different results if you're using a pirated copy or anything other than Steam. Otherwise...I'm not really sure what the issue could be if you're certain you're following everything step-by-step!

Stephen Chapman. Well. I was damaging myself via jumping off a hill. Wouldn't think that'll be different per the health numbers. I'll try a fresh character and see if it works tonight when I get home.

actually that instruction (ELEX.exe ,41 89 74 24 20) deals with exp points lvl's skills (combat crafting ect..) and player skills ( str. dex. ect) , so if you just nob it it makes it practically impossible to do any progression in game.

that was g00d,i still try to figure out what i need to learn for shared adresses ? when Player and AI uses same code ? i hope thsi will be somewhere in your Videos >:< -i find the value... -check what writes to this adress -then if i got the OPcode,i do another scan on that adress what acess it.... -so i am able to seperate and find the right one....but what then ? Oo because it seems i cant use the/my AOB Methode or can i ? PLS help
