In 2016 right after my son was born I was diagnosed with a genetic heart disease (cardio myopathy) life got completely changed for 2 reasons that year. I’m now on meds for life controlling this so I can maintain as much normality in my life as possible. I’m so sorry that this has hit you and affected you so much. You’re content has been so great for me and I’ve enjoyed watching back at all the content you’ve produced and joining the live streams. The important thing will always be your health and I wish you all the best getting better and I look forward to the content to come. For now, rest and may the force be with you! All the best man!

Got diagnosed with Non alchoholic fatty liver back in 2022, aged 27. It's a weird thing, because apparently it's becoming quite common in younger people across the board. Luckily though most of the time it doesn't become the worse stage, either because people detect it in time, or because it doesn't advance. Although I was worried it was Cirrhosis (Luckily most fatty liver cases don't ever reach this stage), and was for quite some time, even after they said it was fatty liver with some fatty sparing. Didn't feel good mentally until after my 6 month fitness regime where I lost 4 stone and then saw a reversal in my LFT's. Hiking helped a lot, plus changing some aspects of my diet.

That company and the head of that company has been so supportive of my personal and health issues and the patience they have had with me has been unreal. If you have a personal gripe with someone then thats your business but don't come at me with "Its karma that you got liver disease because you worked with saber theory". I'm sorry that I offended you in my attempt to poke fun (that's how I deal with this kind of thing), looking back it probably wasn't in good taste, and I am sorry for that.
