Lost, alone and separated from family, a stray cat must untangle an ancient mystery to escape a long-forgotten city.
Stray is a third-person cat adventure game set amidst the detailed, neon-lit alleys of a decaying cybercity and the murky environments of its seedy underbelly. Roam surroundings high and low, defend against unforeseen threats and solve the mysteries of this unwelcoming place inhabited by curious droids and dangerous creatures.
See the world through the eyes of a cat and interact with the environment in playful ways. Be stealthy, nimble, silly, and sometimes as annoying as possible with the strange inhabitants of this mysterious world.
Along the way, the cat befriends a small flying drone, known only as B-12. With the help of this newfound companion, the duo must find a way out.

Really sorry if it's bad writing and if it's long, pls, pls, pls don't get mad at me for this 😅also sry for any grammatical errors lol I walked around aimlessly, the dark making it impossible to see, even for a cat. I still ached a little bit from my fall, and from the attack of the...things. They were like over-sized ticks. I felt my fur spike as I remembered them all clamoring onto me, biting my skin. It was not a very pleasant experience. But, I needed to get back to my siblings, who I had lost somehow when I had slipped and fell into this…dead city. I jumped from balcony to balcony, trying not to think of how far up I was, because it was impossible to know. The air was still, as if no one had been here in a very, very long time. I remembered the mysterious thing that had been sending me signals, over old TV’s and anything electronic, and telling me where to go. If I had been up top, above all of..this, then I wouldn’t have followed where it was telling me where to go, but right now I didn’t get much of a choice. Soon, as I clambered up old buildings, I saw a source of light, from my mysterious…helper. It was an arrow, pointing towards a small metal fence built into the wall. As I walked through it, I ignored the feeling of being watched. I soon came to a room, a bedroom it seemed. It was in shambles, things left out over the floor, boxes scattered all around. No, it wasn’t a bedroom, it is, or was, someone’s old living place. A bed up against one wall, and a very musty looking sink and toilet barley a foot away. I was grateful, now, that I had never had to live like this. I soon found my way into another room, and came face to face with a giant screen with the words ‘need help’ typed onto it. I stepped onto a keyboard and the words ‘//rofn0000000’ appeared, and then under that, as I soon came to understand that this was probably my mysterious helper talking to me, said ‘/Data Corrupted. Need Help… Body required for download. Body required… Enter the door, turn left, find body…’ At first, I thought that it was going to take my body, and I flexed my claws and prepared for a fight. But, then the sliding of a door caught my attention. Maybe not my body, maybe someone else’s? I walked through, still on high alert just in case though. As I walked into the other room I found myself in another trashed place. In this room, there were papers hung up all over the walls, and tons, and tons of computers. In the middle of the room, there was a table with computers on it, and then above that there were more computers and wires hanging down from the ceiling. I hopped onto the table and looked around. There were no bodies, unless I could take the consciousness and put it into a toaster somehow? I got down from that and then hopped onto a lever, which sent a computer on wheels to the other side of the room. I sniffed at it wearily. Then I hopped onto that and found a little block of sorts, it was square and a gray-ish black color and it looked like it was meant to be plugged into something. I looked around the room and found myself walking over to glowing circles that stuck out of the walls. I plugged it into one of them. It seemed to fit, and when I tried to see if I could pull it back out it wouldn’t budge. Some time later, after I had my jaws firmly clamped on the last of the four, I walked over to the last of the glowing circles and plugged it in. All of the computers began to light up, and buttons began to flash. I heard a noise and looked over to see a bookcase sliding over, dust falling down to reveal a hallway behind it. I walked over to it and sneezed, dusty, very, very dusty. Into another room I went, and this one was filled with boxes. At the back of the room was a body. ‘Is that the body you need? Or was this your body?...’ I thought to myself, feeling a small shiver go down my spine. I looked around the room and knocked a box over, and a… thing fell out. I walked over to it, it was robotic, that was for sure. A drone, maybe. I went back into the other room, and then plugged it into a wall basically made out of computers, different colored buttons, and electronics. When I plugged it in it began beeping again, just like it had before the bookcase had moved. Then I realized that the drone thing was floating in the box I had plugged it into. It looked like a bug, just a little body, a long antenna on what I assumed was the head part of it, and two eyes that began to light up to a red, yellow, and green color. It didn’t look dangerous, it’s entire body was smaller than my head, so if it did start to attack I should be able to defend myself just fine. B-12 was written in between its eyes, on a sticker. I swatted at the strange whirring drone, it kind of flitted to the ground. “It worked. I'm free. Thank you.” It said, which surprised me. “I couldn’t believe the cameras. A cat in the Dead City! I’m…I can’t remember my name. It seems my memory is corrupted. I’ve been trapped in the electronic network for so long. I know I worked for a scientist who lived here. For now you can call me B-12, that’s what it says on my exterior at least. Now, let’s get out of here. Follow me.” It fluttered out a near-by door. I stared at it in surprise, a talking robot. Things were getting interesting to say the least. And, I had a feeling that this was only the beginning. -Kudos if you actually managed to finish reading all of that, again sry i made it so long 😅

Kitten Intel learned: These people remember nature. This means that it has not been too many generations since nature was disturbed(at least of the time of the dead city) Some people still remember some english. A cute little B-12 saved us! These people know how to trap robots in electronic software. They use number codes. Robots have memories, and can remember the Outside. This suggests that it's only been one or two generations. On the other hand, B-12 has been trapped in electronic code for a long time, so it might be more than that. Possibly 3 or 4 generations. It is likely that the ticks ate the humans. Seri likes bucket elevators. B-12can translate. It may be that some humans were alive after the ticks had killed many and created safe zones for themselves. The robots can talk. There is something called a "Zurk". They don't know what a cat is. This suggests that it has been a long, long time since cats were seen. Their safe zone was likely breached, and they constructed a new village safe from ticks. (don't eat anyone)
