@@TheDaydreamSound haha okay. I just got mine and quite a few have the sp1200 and s2400. I was hoping you'd be in because you'd have something interesting and worthwhile to say but it's not for everyone. Plus the waiting list is still about 6 months long still.

I may not own that machine and I Love it, But but by me using FL studio to make a boom bap beat SP 1200 with all kinds of plugins and the swing just like that machine. 💯💯💯💯💯

!I gust don't feel the SP, If i want those sounds I can use planet Phatt. The MPC 2k classic is the dirtiest hardest most unforgiving beast EVER! I think the Sp1200 was over rated.. please advise me if i'm wrong. The Sp1200 was easy tunable to where the others you had to work to get it. Those tunable faders were the key. I could slap and tune my tracks like a MF.

10000 is not the price you have to pay and you can get a sp 12 for 2k...

The worth is always the price SOMEONE is willing to pay. You're not paying that much, neither do I but there are people who does of course beside the sound they are driven by the fact that there is no 100% clone of it and this machine is rare. The 2400 seem to be nice but I don't belive it will lower the price of the 1200. Purists still want the original.

At this point in the game the sp1200 is an investment, if you're buying a serviced machine which has another 10+ years left in it you're going to make some serious $$$ come the end of that time.
